EDM 156
Everyday matters challenge 156 is draw a sandwich.
It would be torture to draw a sandwich sitting in front of me, so this one was drawn from memory.

EDM #157 Draw a Towel
Everyday Matters Challenge #157 is draw a towel.
This is a kitchen towel my sister gave me. She's given me some pretty cool cow things for my cow collection. Including a set of bowls with . . . . ummmm . . . . udders!

North County Society of Fine Arts Paint Out
The NCSFA had their sketch and paint out at Bates Nut Farm in Valley Center, California. It was fun taking pictures of the farm animals and sketching the horse farm next door. These are sketches from my sketchbook.
This sketch was done in preparation for my daily painting.
Left: Pencil with watercolor
Right: Rotring pen
I started to do some thumnails next to the barn page but we ended up talking about perspective and drawing faces. Pencil with watercolor.
The turkey was a beautiful black and white. Any color at all on him showed up nicely. Rotring pen. Red, orange and gray marker.
