This is my red coffee pot. I didn't like it at first because my kitchen is blue and gray. Now I like the way it stands out. Bright and RED.

Everyday Matters #174 Draw a bridge

a funny thing happened after I read that the challenge was a bridge. ..

I actually thought I would have to dig out some old pictures of the Coronado Bay Bridge in San Diego, but I didn't want to go through the hassle.

What bridge can I draw? Where will I find one?

Suddenly, out of the clear blue sky, my friend Eileen emailed some pictures from her recent trip to Berkeley, California.

There it was right in front of my face, bright as day.. the Golden Gate Bridge, in San Francisco.

Everyday matters challenge #5 WAS draw your bed. I don't know why I never wanted to draw my bed. Maybe I didn't want to show it to the world or maybe I didn't want to draw it because I ALWAYS draw myself in it for my journal entries. Headaches . . . toothaches . . . . nightmares.

SEE... here it is on the 15th.

When I forget to turn the heat down on my blanket, it causes me to have nightmares. That's funny...

I just love it.

I thought I was using waterproof ink but I wasn't.
This tube of lotion is in the shape of a tube of paint. I like that.

This is my favorite cow drawn with markers. It is a wooden cow on wheels and probably the first in my collection. I purchased it from an artist friend, many many years ago. Stuart Burton. He had a frame shop in San Diego.
