This looks like a really good plan. I've/we've been trying since the new year to eat better. Way less meat, more fish, much more salads and veggies.I had no idea pumpkins were so nutritious. Will try some of that more often.Are you reading a book about all this? if you are, would you mind sharing the title, please?
Words to the wise, No one ever eats too much fruit and vegetables ;-) Too bad fried veggies can't count !
