Fallbrook, The Avocado Capital of the World

Everyday Matters Challenge #72 is Draw something new or go somewhere new to you and draw what you find. Write about it too.

I went to a tiny hospital in Fallbrook, California to see my sister who was visiting from Tennessee. I got to see my sedated, recovering niece and her dad too. I sketched when we weren't laughing and having a gay old time. It was a great visit. (my niece is doing fine)

My sister has changed a little but for the better. Below is my sketchbook journal entry for today.

Great corner of the waiting room...somehow you gave it a cosy feeling, made it less waiting-roomy! And you made me laugh, I'm sure your sister did too!!
