This looks like a really good plan. I've/we've been trying since the new year to eat better. Way less meat, more fish, much more salads and veggies.
I had no idea pumpkins were so nutritious. Will try some of that more often.

Are you reading a book about all this? if you are, would you mind sharing the title, please?

Words to the wise, No one ever eats too much fruit and vegetables ;-) Too bad fried veggies can't count !
