Moleskine cahier

The moleskine cahier is a black, nice looking, light weight book but the paper can hardly handle drawing media without bleeding through to the other side.

This is a sketch of Ebisu, the god of fishermen and good fortune. I have been sketching him in preparation for my 3rd paper mache God of Happiness.

Ducks at Poway Lake

It must have been feeding time for the ducks at Poway Lake. I sat down at the entrance of the dock area to wait for my friends and was immediately surrounded by hungry ducks.
