I attended a lecture and dvd presentation on Mendelssohn today. . . well, just long enough to do this sketch of the speaker inside and the birds outside.

Free Tuesdays #1

I found out I sold a piece at the San Diego Art Institute last month! Today I delivered 2 more pieces and picked up a few.

"Free Tuesdays" offered a visit to the Model Railroad Museum. It wasn't too relaxing with all the little kids running around but I enjoyed it just the same. Here are a few pics and also one of my sketch of the bell tower in Balboa Park, San Diego.
